Just like it sounds, we go 50/50 on one multi-let property deal.Our 50% consists of handling all operations, which includes ...• the deal finding and vetting (right location with unlockable potential)
• all the property renovations and rebuilds
• the marketing, vetting and placement of tenants
• all property management functions from there on out
We specialise in making the deal 100% passive for you.

YOUR 50%

You receive a remarkable return on your investment, typically 12% and up, hassle-free.
You finance the deal which means you either have ...
bondability (i.e. your unencumbered cash left over after expenses monthly is sufficient to get a bond)
equity (i.e. paid off value on current assets), or
cash for the deal.
What you need to get started?
Between R1,5 mil and R3,5 mil in Bondability or Equity or Cash depending on the deal.

Again, we’ll be the operating partner and you provide financing for a portion of a current portfolio.

What you need to get started on this option?

Between R5,5 Million and R30 MIllion in Bondability or Equity or Cash the depending on the size of the Portfolio.

Bank

Do you have cash or equity that you’d like to put to work and receive interest monthly? We can help you essentially “be the bank”.Get a healthy return on your investment which is low-risk and asset-backed. This means you hold on to the title deed of the property whist the loan is paid back to you.Almost sounds too good to be true right?

We also provide Portfolio Property Management on behalf of our partners.This solution is for you if you’ve got an existing portfolio and would like your income to become truly passive. We manage like owners which means every decision is made with your ROI in mind.Unfortunately we only manage in bulk, which means we take on three property rentals or more per client.
